6965:How did you get started playing ball?

Ayonna: I started getting into basketball when I used to always see my brothers play each other outside. I always wanted to be a part of the sport, but I just never knew how good I would be. Then one day my brothers invited me out and from there, is where I see where my passion and heart was.

695:  Which AAU programs have you played for?

Ayonna: I’ve played with the lady Clippers and the Lady Pearls.

695:  Where did you grow up?

Ayonna: I grew up in a military family so I was raised in North Carolina, New Orleans, Miami, Florida, U.S Virgin Islands, Michigan, and Maryland.

695:  How was the recruiting process for you? How did you decide on Cal PA?

Ayonna: The recruiting process was very hectic and busy, but Cal PA had something the other offers didn’t. They made me already feel a part of the ‘Family”, not team, but “Family”.

695:  What do you want to add to your game for the next level?

Ayonna: I would like to improve my post skills and improve my ball handling.

695:  What else do you do besides play ball?

Ayonna: I also play Volleyball and run Outdoor track.

695: What will you major in in college?

Ayonna: Biology Major-Forensic Science.

695: You recently had a 40 point game. What was that experience like? 

Ayonna: That experience was a unreal experience , I was just so focused into the game that I had no clue that I scored that many points.

695:  What type of music is on your Ipod these days?

Ayonna: Tyga, Lil Wayne, Beyoncé, Rihanna, LMFAO, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Rick Ross, etc.

695:  What's your favorite food?

Ayonna: Chopoltle is my favorite food.

695:  Tell me something people might not know about you...

Ayonna: I’m a very funny and outgoing person. I’m more of a giver than a taker. I’m also a model.
