695: How did you start playing ball?
Cierra: Growing up watching my older brother and sister play in all their games and competing outside on a basketball court with them.
695: Where did you grow up?
Cierra: I grew up inBaltimore, I live in Essex.
695: Which AAU teams have you played for?
Cierra: The Baltimore Starz. I started AAU in the 9th grade.
695: What do you need to work on?
Cierra: Getting stonger and becoming a better player on and off the court.
695: Tell me about a funny AAU road trip story...
Cierra: When my coach kept passing gas in the van and blaming it on the players, having us think it was really one of us when it was him all along.
695: Ok then. That was not Coach Al!
695: What are your goals for the high school season?
Cierra: My goals for the high school season is getting the ball to my bigs as much as possible, driving to the hoop when I have a open lane and taking open shots when needed.
695: What do you plan to major in when you get to college?
Cierra: I plan to major in sports medicine in college.
695: Do you play any other sports?
Cierra: I play varsity soccer and lacrosse for my high school team and I ran track my freshman year.
695: What was the highlight of your summer?
Cierra: The highlight of my summer was during my AAU season. We played in some nice showcase events. I enjoyed Ocean City, NJ and Penn State the most.
695: Do you dance at the parties or just hold up the wall?
Cierra: I'm an observer so I just stand around and watch and here and there if I hear a nice song I might dance.
695: What type of music do you have on your Ipod?
695: I have all kinds of music on my Ipod. Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Common, Beyonce, Wale, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Mary J Blige, Gucci Mane, Rihanna etc. I listen to anything that has a nice beat.
Cierra: What is your favorite food and who cooks it the best?
Cierra: Curry chicken, rice and beans and greens. My grandmother.
