1. Where did you grow up? I grew up in West Baltimore and went to Bentalou elementary but then we move to the county in Woodlawn in where I live now
2. How did you start playing ball? I started like any other player did with a basketball and a hoop in front of my house but I mostly started playing pickup games around my neighborhood
3. Have you played any other sports? Yes, I first start playing volleyball my second year of high school and love it ever since
4. Which AAU teams have you played for? I play with Baltimore Storm and MD Lady Tigers
5. Can you share a funny AAU road trip story? When playing with the lady tigers my mom and Christina mom decide to take all the phones out of our hotel rooms and when we got back we all start freaking out because we can’t find our phone so like in an hour of searching everywhere they told us that they took our phones and everybody was relive and from then on we kept our phones everywhere we went ha-ha
6. What was the highlight of your summer? The highlight of the summer was when I play down Kentucky and Tennessee; I had a great time playing down there and enjoy playing against the top players we faced.
7. How was the recruiting process for you? The recruiting process was an exciting time during the beginning I had a lot of letters from different colleges all telling me that they enjoy watching me play and recognizing my talent
8. What helped Coppin State close the deal? After I seen their style of play made me realize that I’m a good fit for this program and the Coppin coach show a lot of interest in me since day 1 from the recruiting process
9. What position are you most comfortable playing? I think I’m more comfortable playing the 4 or 5 position, I like playing the 4 because I like facing the goal more than my back towards it but I wouldn’t have a problem playing the 5 since I play it in High school
10. I would like to work on my shooting and dribbling skills because I have a shot but I could be more consistent
11. What are your goals for the high school season? Like every team and players want, to go to “STATES” but I also would like to work on the little things that would help and build our team to get as far as we did last year
12. Can you dance or do you hold up the wall at parties? If it’s the right place with the right type of music I’ll do a little something, something but I’m not too far away from the wall though ha-ha
13. What's the last good book you read? The last good book I read was “The Lord of the Flies”
14. Tell me something people might not know about you...People might not know about me is that I can draw my tail off. I been drawing since I was young and I draw so good my man let me paint a picture on the family room wall of a Flower and a vase
