How long have you been training players?
I started training Since 2002 at Hoops in Randallstown, Md.
What is your background? (have you coached, played etc.)
I played on the 1987 Championship team at Carver Vocational Technical High School in Baltimore. I later pursued baseball at Essex Community College in Baltimore County. I coached at my alma mater, Carver Vocational Technical High School from 1997-1998. I was a skills trainer at Randallstown high school in Baltimore County from 2005-2007. Coached at Queen City Prep in Charlotte, NC from 2008-2009. From 2010-2013, I was the director of Player Development and Assistant Coach at St. Francis Academy. 2013-2014, Director of Player Development for the Will Barton Skills Academy
Do you currently have a website that explains your services?
Yes. Both.
How many clients do you normally have under your tutelage at one time?
It varies. For a training session, it ranges from 1 to 6. I also provide team workouts as well as camps and clinics.
Do you have any high profile clients, organizations or teams that you train that you would like to mention?
I have trained Jonte "Too Tall" Hall current Harlem Globe Trotter.

What should parents look for in a trainer?
Parents should look for a trainer that first has a passion for developing student athletes. Secondly, the ability to teach and connect with the youth. Third have a structured program designed to measure the development of each client.
