I am currently in the process of developing a website. I have no set location that I train and am willing to travel using indoor and outdoor facilities available . I train athletes of any age for the following sports: basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball and football. I train using sport-specific techniques including: agility and plyometics and focus on areas of weakness. I usually work with individuals, small groups or teams. My fees range from individuals session at $65/hour and small group and team training fees are dependant upon needs. When parents pick a trainer they should find someone who can develop their child's skills and focus on their weaknesses to enhance their overall game. My goal is to focus on making athletes, quicker, stronger and allow them to easily adapt to any situation in their sport through foot work. If you have any further questions, I can be reached at 443-204-7783. Thank you for the opportunity.
