695HOOPS WHERE IT'S ALWAYS ALL ABOUT THE GIRLS
Do you specialize in skill development or agility/conditioning or both? Strength and conditioning as well as athletic and mental development.
How many clients do you normally have under your tutelage at one time? I don’t disclose numbers. We train mostly 1-on-1 and up to groups of four for our semi-private program. Team training can have 20-30+. And I work camps that have 400+ and more.
Do you have any high profile clients, organizations or teams that you train that you would like to mention? You can use the information on RobTaylorJr.com for “teams” and “organizations”. I don’t use the people and players I work with as “marketing pieces” so I don’t self-promote by using the success of others to justify our program. I will let those that we work with, as in Joe McAleer in this case, speak on our program’s behalf. If you need quotes from coaches and players I have worked with feel free to use the quotes on the links above.
Do you have a structured fee schedule? ( no one's fees will be disclosed in the article. I will simply mention the range that people can expect) Yes. And sessions can be scheduled on-line which makes it very convenient too. Go to https://www.schedulicity.com/Scheduling/STTBWU for more information.
Where are you based? Do you move around or have a central location? Primarily out of Baltimore, MD. More specifically Towson. But I travel around the country and would certainly travel to practices, etc to help with teams, player development, etc.
What should parents look for in a trainer? Integrity, experience, and a passion to put the player first. Safety and the health of the athlete is a primary concern for me and the programs we utilize. I “hang my hat” per say on the fact that our programs are productive, progressive, and prudent.
If your stable was full can you name some trainers that you would refer a player to? We are not full, and I have been told that our program is the tops in the area by many. But again, I will let others sing those praises and I will get back to training the next success story. :)
