First Annual Recap
February 4th, 2017.
Over 900 players, coaches and spectators gathered at the Poly and Western complex in Baltimore city to watch 15 high school basketball games. False alarms on winter storms scratched two mega events earlier in the season so we had to adjust and regroup. The weather cooperated this time and we witnessed a full day of action in two packed gyms. Several players turned in outstanding peformances and set the bar high for future participants. The line up featured perennial top 15 contenders like McDonogh, Roland Park, Western and Frederick, as well as programs looking to make a name for themselves like Mt. Airy Christian, Coppin Academy, St. Andrew's Episcopal and several others.
